At TCGroup, our
multidisciplined staff is focused on our clients' success in
every facet of the projects in which we are engaged. Each of
us has a vested interest in the success of every project and
client. More than 80 percent of our projects come from repeat
clients. They know our objective is to serve them well, and
they know that they are dealing with concerned owners in every
aspect of our relationship.
TCGroup was incorporated in 1993
under the name of Triad Consultants. In 1996, the company
changed its name to TCGroup. TCGroup’s core
disciplines are Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical,
Instrumentation and Controls. Cost Estimating and Control,
Scheduling, Planning, Project Management, and Design Build
Services.
TCGroup is a
process-centered organization. We believe that by utilizing
the “team” approach, each staff member will look beyond his
or her own discipline to understand the entire company process
and focus on quality results for our clients. TCGroup’s
staff thinks like owners and has “collective
responsibility”. Therefore, each person is directly
responsible for making sure our clients get what is promised.
Our interactive process
and overall teaming approach includes clients/users,
designers, specialty consultants and representatives from
regulatory agencies. Our specialty design teams combine proven
and new technologies to achieve functional, individualized
solutions for each client.
TCGroup’s approach
is
different from the traditional Design Company. It is based on
pursuing and performing small complex projects with qualified,
experienced engineers. Most engineering companies are
interested in the major expansions and are reluctant to commit
resources to small projects. At TCGroup the philosophy is to
be the preferred sub-consultant or an extension of the
client’s technical staff. Our goal is to pursue long term
relationships, not projects.
