Structural
Drafting Lead
This
position involves the use AutoCAD or Microstation to
develop plans and details from notes and sketches developed by
engineering staff. The primary responsibility of this
position is production of plans and details for foundations,
building frame, floor and roof framing, structural elements,
building sections and elevations. Position may occasional
involve the development of 3D BIM models. During
document production process applicant will check clearances
and interferences, fit up, and overall constructability and
work with responsible engineers to produce high quality
drawings. Must have basic knowledge and be able to
visual how buildings and structures go together.
Knowledge of structural steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and
other structural materials is a must. Applicant
should have the ability to occasionally assist with the
development of plant layouts and production of other
discipline drawings such as refrigeration, mechanical or
electrical as required to meet organizational needs.
Structural
Engineer
Design
structural components of complex structures and buildings
across a number of industries including food process, pulp and
paper, biofuels, and agricultural processing industries.
Develop and prepare construction documents for assigned
projects. Evaluate existing buildings for conformance to
current building codes and requirements of their respective
industries. Duties will include developing layouts and details
of all aspects of the building system and coordinating with
other disciplines to ensure functional facility designs.
Direct CAD staff in preparation of documents. Candidate
may be asked to perform as lead on certain projects. Design of
structures using all major materials of construction will be
required. Knowledge of advanced aspects of ACI, AISC, PCI,
ASCE, & IBC and other relevant codes are essential to
perform this position. Seismic detailing and design knowledge
is a plus. Knowledge of cold storage and low temperature
buildings and bulk storage systems design is a strong plus. 5
years experience and Registration as a professional engineer
and the ability to become registered as a professional
engineer in various jurisdictions as projects require.
Preference will be given to those with ABET Degree and those
with advanced credentials. Some background in
construction or agriculture is helpful. Some travel will
be required.
Electrical/Instrumentation
Engineer
Qualified candidate will
have ability to take lead electrical engineering position on
medium to large multi-discipline projects and lead I&C
engineering on small to large projects, prepare engineering
plans and specifications, calculate voltage drop and short
circuits, and be NEC knowledgeable. Position requires a BS in
Electrical Engineering and PE Registration. Minimum 8-10 years
of design experience with minimum 6 years consulting
experience required.
Mechanical
Engineer
This position would be the
engineering lead/design manager on various projects and would
be responsible for project coordination as well as engineering
services. Must have ability to work on multiple projects
concurrently. HVAC and process piping experience important.
Strong communication and computer skills required. CADD skills
and ASHRAE membership preferred. BS degree in Mechanical
Engineering and Wisconsin PE
Registration required.
Power
Generation Engineers/Specialists
Ideal candidate will have
10 plus years of Power Generation experience to fill project
process leader positions. A mixture of operating, consulting
engineering and construction experience is preferred.

Experience piping
designer with strong CAD skills are required to support
current and planned project activity for the process power and related industries. Individuals with 3D PDS piping design

particular consideration.
Project
Engineering/Process Industry Projects
We require a
mechanical engineer with 5 to 10 years experience in project
engineering and design for the process industries. Power
generation and/or food and beverage experience would be an asset.
Eligibility for PE registration is a plus, along with good
verbal and written communication skills.
