Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer
Qualified candidate will have ability to take lead electrical engineering position on medium to large multi-discipline projects and lead I&C engineering on small to large projects, prepare engineering plans and specifications, calculate voltage drop and short circuits, and be NEC knowledgeable. Position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and PE Registration. Minimum 8-10 years of design experience with minimum 6 years consulting experience required.
Mechanical Engineer
This position would be the engineering lead/design manager on various projects and would be responsible for project coordination as well as engineering services. Must have ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. HVAC and process piping experience important. Strong communication and computer skills required. CADD skills and ASHRAE membership preferred. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Wisconsin PE Registration required.
Power Generation Engineers/Specialists
Ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of Power Generation experience to fill project process leader positions. A mixture of operating, consulting engineering and construction experience is preferred.
Specific technical experience should include one or more of the following areas:
Water Intakes, fuel handling
Job responsibility as project process leader will include:
Heat and Material balances
P & IDs
General arrangements
Equipment specifications
Administrative control of scope, budget and schedule
Process Control Engineer
We require an individual with pulp and paper or other heavy industrial background and experience for our current process industry project activity in the following areas:
P & ID Design
Loop Diagrams/Loop Narratives
Instrument Selection/Spec Sheets
Valve Sizing and Selection
Price Inquiries and Comparison of Tenders
PLC
DCS Architecture/Layout
DCS Mapping, Configuration and Graphics
PLC Logic and Programming
Installation Supervision
Commissioning and Start Up
In addition, experience in the following areas would be an asset:
Pulp Mill Control
Boiler Control
Paper Machine Control
High Technology Analyzers
Communications Networks
System Integration
Mill Wide Control

Job Description
The position will appeal to fully mature professional, with a minimum of five years project management experience in cost-plus and/or turnkey environments, preferably in the pulp and paper and/or paper machinery sectors. Team players committed to meeting client needs as well as budgetary requirements, they should be capable of managing projects of $25 million and more, and be familiar with project management and design applications.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Must have good commercial sense
Ability and experience in successfully negotiating with clients
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent knowledge in civil and industrial
Experience in consulting firms
Professional registration is essential
Piping Designer/Process Industry Projects
Experience piping designer with strong CAD skills are required to support current and planned project activity for the pulp and paper and related industries. Individuals with 3D PDS piping design experience and good communication skills will be given particular consideration.
Project Engineering/Process Industry Projects
We require a mechanical engineer with
5 to 10 years' experience in project engineering and design for the
process industries. Pulp and paper or food and beverage experience
would be an asset. Eligibility for PE registration is a plus, along
with good verbal and written communication
skills.
