The nature of the design of today’s commercial and institutional facilities entails a detailed knowledge of lights, air motion, temperature, and acoustics concerns as well as modern communication systems and enhanced safety concerns. Design flexibility includes modular grids coordinated with architectural, structural and functional elements.

TCGroup understands commercial buildings. We believe in early involvement by our design specialist.
