TCGroup’s building environmental system designs respond to the requirements of each client, including energy conservation and compliance with all applicable codes.

TCGroup’s mechanical engineers design HVAC, makeup air, recirculation air, process exhaust air, plumbing, and fire protection systems for facility environments ranging from industrial ventilation to offices.

We are also experienced in the design of central plant systems to serve single buildings or entire campuses. These typically include; chilled water, condenser water, low temperature glycol, hydronic, steam, compressed air, natural gas, and water distribution systems.
